And no doubt like all the Strictly Come Dancing celebrities, there are things she will want just right on the night.
But the changes Stacey has requested behind-the-scenes relate to the costume she will be wearing in tonight’s show.
The revelation came on Its Takes Two as Gethin Jones interviewed Assistant Costume Designer Megan Sterry.
The presenter asked: “You know when Vicky [Gill] does the update with Zoe on a Thursday, how much does the dress change from Thursday to a Saturday?”
Megan replied: “I mean, it depends but it can change quite a lot.
“Stacey’s, for example, we’re going to lose this top skirt so that she dances in the silky underskirt because she wants a bit less ‘frouff’.”
Gethin then questioned: “Is that a technical term?”
“I don’t know if it’s technical or not but you know, a bit of frouff going on,” Megan laughed.
Stacey and Kevin Clifton are set to dance a Waltz to Moon River this evening.
Yesterday saw Graeme Swann joke about replacing Stacey as the two appeared on It Takes Two backstage at Elstree with their dance partners Kevin and Oti Mabuse.
“Quick word on the dance,” Gethin said to Stacey and Kevin. “Moon River – beautiful.”
“Yes, we’re doing the Waltz to Moon River,” Kevin replied before asking Stacey: “You’re loving it aren’t you?”
Those watching at home just saw Stacey look up at Gethin with a pause as she slowly nodded.
Gethin then turned his attention to Graeme as he said: “Graeme Swann, Graeme Swann, what do you think Stacey is making of the Waltz?”
“If she doesn’t want to do it, I’ll do it with Kev,” Graeme laughed. “Oh what a song.”
Stacey has admitted she’s found the Waltz a “tricky” dance to master.
She confessed: “I thought I would be fine at the Waltz. I thought ‘I’ve got the ballroom, I’ll be good to go’. But actually it’s tricky.”
Kevin added: “I’m not taking it easy on Stacey in this dance, I’m putting in a lot of complicated choreography.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight at 7pm on BBC One.
